Ethan Brewer, hairpeace founder, studied hairstyling in a Madison Avenue salon in New York City. Trained in the Vidal Sassoon art of styling, he quickly developed a talent for creating beautiful haircuts that are easy to style as well as creating gorgeous color that grows out beautifully while protecting the natural health and shine. After moving to Knoxville in 1991, developing a faithful clientele, and becoming an industry educator, hairpeace was opened in Homberg Place in 1996. Hairpeace disappeared from Knoxville for 2 years when the legendary Jose Eber opened his posh salon in the Bal Harbour Saks Fifth Avenue. In 2002 hairpeace returned to Knoxville, and in 2005 the salon returned to its original and current Homberg Place location.
